Haven't been writing for such a long time. Decided to start now, but with the little time I have and to train myself to be more concise.
I've realised that people's lives can get mundane and boring over time. Everything seems repetitive and becomes a routine. That's why we find that time slips past without us feeling the worth of it. Hence I shall pen down something that I did differently every day, or about something I thought differently about even though it's a routine for me!

25 Feb 2014 - Went volunteering at UCL Academy as usual and realised that children are born naturally with this competitive streak inside them that motivates them to do their best. As long as there is some competitive element, regardless if they receive an actual award at the end of the day, they are somehow self-rewarded by that sense of pride they get from winning. Interesting concept(:
27 Feb 2014 - Part of my goal this year to try London's best food: Finally went to Breakfast Club! They serve loads of brunch choices everyday and up till past 5pm! This is definitely a redefinition of brunch. I was so surprised that even though the food was merely decent and it's definitely not the cheapest, people bother to queue for up to two hours everyday for brunch at weird timings? Perhaps its the entire packaging thing - the decor, the website, the hype, the presentation of the food.
