Second year is radically different from first year. It's a lot more independent now that all of us have moved out and we need to cook/clean/buy groceries etc. decisions that I had always left to my parents to care about. Now then I realise how ignorant I am of the chores that need to be done.
Anyway, I was so worried about cooking for myself before coming over..but recently all has been well! A catalogue of some stuff whipped up!
First meal in london! simple egg omelette, ikan billis with pak choi and sesame pork
NOT COOKED haha but this is awesome burger and lobster! 20 pounds for an entire lobster grilled with amazing fries and side salad
favourite dish back home replicated right here! with teriyaki sauce nomz
made our own buttermilk pancake!
roasted broccoli, tomato egg and teriyaki salmon!
braised pork with spices! ru rou!!
bacon and spinach quiche with loads of cheese
turkey breast with mushroom flavored rice and roasted broccoli
yanting made chicken rice *super authentic* everything from scratch haha
made this last week.
SUNDAY BRUNCH with smoked salmon, omelette, mushroom and salad
beyond awesome jap cheesecake - light and fluffy just the way i like it!
